The CCPA and CPRA also allows California citizens to ask Concept Art House to disclose what personal information Concept Art House has about you and what we do with that information, to delete your personal information and not to sell your personal information. California citizens also have the right to be notified, before or at the point Concept Art House collects your personal information, of the types of personal information Concept Art House collects and what we do with that information. Concept Art House cannot and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Users of the services who are California residents may request and obtain removal of content they posted by emailing us at legal@conceptarthouse.com or by filling out a form on our Contact page. All email requests must be labeled "California Removal Request " on the email subject line. All requests must provide a description of the content you want removed and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate that content. We do not accept California Removal Requests via postal mail, telephone, or facsimile. Concept Art House is not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, and we may not be able to respond if you do not provide adequate information.
Do Not Track Signals
California enacted amendments to the California Online Privacy Protection Act (California Business & Professions Code §§22575-22579) which require operators of websites to disclose how they respond to “do not track” (DNT) signals from browsers used by consumers or other mechanisms that provide consumers a choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information about the consumer’s online activities over time and across different websites or online services. While some newer browsers have incorporated “Do Not Track” features which, when turned on, send a signal or preference to the websites you visit indicating that you do not wish your online activity to be tracked, a DNT protocol that can be implemented across multiple devices and sites has not yet been widely adopted. Concept Art House’s computer system does not support, and cannot act on DNT signal headers that we may receive; accordingly, the choices that we provide you concerning our collection and use of personally identifiable information will continue to operate as described in this policy.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Concept Art House does not sell or rent out personal information for monetary consideration.
Authorized Agent
If you are an authorized agent wishing to exercise rights on behalf of a state resident, please contact us using the information in the Contact section and provide us with a copy of the consumer's written authorization designating you as their agent. Concept Art House may need to verify your identity and place of residence before completing your rights request.

If you believe Concept Art House has violated the CCPA/CPRA, file a complaint with the California AG. Explain exactly how Concept Art House violated the CCPA/CPRA, including when and how the violation occurred. The AG doesn’t provide legal advice or direct assistance to individuals, but your complaint could be used to learn about misconduct and to determine what action, if any, may be appropriate.

You have the right to ask Concept Art House not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will ask you to opt in (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You have the right to opt out of receiving communications from Concept Art House and you have the right to request your personal data be deleted at any time, please see section8 and section 9 above for additional information.
Information Requests under the GDPR
Under the GDPR, individuals have the right to confirm if their data is being processed and the right to access their personal data and other supplementary information. Individuals must be able to verify their identity through reasonable means. There is no charge for this information under the regulation but a fee can be charged if the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive, or if at the extreme of these reasons, this request can be refused. This fee is based on the administrative cost of providing the information. Concept Art House has to provide this information within 30 days, but where information is complex or numerous this period can be extended by a further 60 days by informing you of this within the initial 30 days. If a request is refused for reasons above, an explanation must be given and you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority.
Rectification and Erasure
You have a right to have any inaccurate or incomplete data rectified. Similar to the access requests the Company will respond within 30 days and this can be extended by an extra 60 days in complex cases. This can also be refused but a reason must be given and you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority in such cases. You also have the right to be forgotten, however this request can be refused where data is required to continue use with Concept Art House, comply with legal obligations, or for the defense or exercise of legal claims.
Concept Art House will inform third parties to who your personal data has been disclosed of this erasure.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose your personal information to any member of our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries.
