Personal information is information that identifies you and that may be used to contact you. Upon request, when we collect personal information we will provide you additional information about such collections.
The Concept Art House Website will only collect, use, and disclose your personal information that is voluntarily provided by a user for the following purposes:
To communicate with users, including communicating through commercial electronic messages;
To provide newsletters and message users electronically regarding any information requested of us;
To comply with any legal, statutory, or regulatory requirements;
To protect users and us from fraud and errors to safeguard the use of our Website;
To provide users with information regarding our products, services, or third party products and services;
Users may opt out of receiving all communications by clicking “Unsubscribe” on emails received or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line and the body of the email must contain the email a user wants to unsubscribe. If your personal information is to be used for a purpose outside of a purpose described above, the new purpose will be disclosed prior to such use, and user consent will be sought unless the use is authorized or required by law.
Concept Art House Website
While you are browsing our Website, your computer’s operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language and referring website addresses may be logged automatically. We may use this information to monitor and analyze your use of the services. Concept Art House may use your email address that was provided by you to notify you about company news.
Concept Art House offers you the ability to interact with the content of our blog and through other forums and social media that allow commenting such as our LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter page (“Forums”). Please note that if you follow a link to any of these Forums, these Forums have their own privacy policies and that Concept Art House does not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. You are advised to check these policies before you submit any personal data to such Forums.
Users should be aware that any visitor to the Forums may read your postings on such Forums. Furthermore, any information that you may post to a Forum, including your username or other account profile information, will be disclosed and available to all users and viewers of that Forum, and will therefore no longer be private. Concept Art House cannot guarantee the security of such information that is disclosed or communicated online in public areas such as the Forums. Information provided in the public Forums are done at your own risk. We do not author, edit, endorse, or monitor any Forum. You acknowledge and agree that we have no responsibility for the accuracy or availability of information provided on any Forum. We reserve the right at any time, in our sole discretion, to remove any content that a user may post on any Forum and restrict user access to any Forum.
Concept Art House may also acquire information from you through your access and participation in providing information to us through our Contact page.
A cookie is a small text file that we transfer to your computer and/or device, to identify a user’s computer/device and to “remember” things about your visit, such as your preferences or a user name and password. Please be aware though that, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
Concept Art House will obtain your consent to collect, use, or disclose personal information except where we are authorized or required by law to do so without your consent.
Concept Art House may collect, use or disclose personal information without your knowledge or consent where:
the information is publicly available, as defined by statute or regulation;

we reasonably expect that obtaining consent would compromise an investigation or proceeding.

You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal, contractual and other restrictions, provided that you give reasonable notice of withdrawal of consent to us. On receipt of notice of withdrawal of consent, we will inform you of the likely consequences of the withdrawal of consent, which may include our inability to provide certain services for which that information is necessary.
Any material, information or other communication (including questions, comments and suggestions) you transmit to us through our Website, social media sites or other online sites, or mobile applications will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We may forward your communications and other personal information to any of our offices or affiliates throughout the world in connection with any products or services you request, or in connection with any communications you wish to have with us, and you consent to us doing so.

8. Can I Unsubscribe From A Newsletter/Emails from Concept Art House?
Users have the ability to opt-out of receiving all information, newsletters, or marketing emails from us. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident using Concept Art House services, the California Consumer Privacy Act ( "CCPA”), as modified by the California Privacy Rights Act (the “CPRA”) provides you the right to request access to and deletion of your information. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq. and its implementing regulations CCPA, as modified by the CPRA, you have the right to know and understand the categories of personal information we collect about you, and the purposes for which we use such personal information. The CCPA and CPRA also allows California citizens to ask Concept Art House to disclose what personal information Concept Art House has about you and what we do with that information, to delete your personal information and not to sell your personal information. California citizens also have the right to be notified, before or at the point Concept Art House collects your personal information, of the types of personal information Concept Art House collects and what we do with that information. Concept Art House cannot and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Concept Art House cannot make you waive these rights, and any contract provision that says you waive these rights is unenforceable.
Under the laws of the State of California, you may have certain rights relating to your personal data, subject to local data protection laws. Depending on the applicable laws these rights may include the right to:
Access your personal data held by Concept Art House;
Know more about how we process your personal data;
Erase or delete your personal data, to the extent permitted by applicable data protection laws;
Restrict our processing of your personal data, to the extent permitted by law;
Object to our processing of your personal data. Were we to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes or share it with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, you can exercise your right to object at any time to such processing without having to provide any specific reason for such objection;
Opt-out of certain disclosures of your personal data to third parties; and
Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights described above.
Users of the services who are California residents may request and obtain removal of content they posted by emailing us at email@example.com or by filling out a form on our Contact page. All email requests must be labeled "California Removal Request " on the email subject line. All requests must provide a description of the content you want removed and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate that content. We do not accept California Removal Requests via postal mail, telephone, or facsimile. Concept Art House is not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, and we may not be able to respond if you do not provide adequate information.
Do Not Track Signals
California enacted amendments to the California Online Privacy Protection Act (California Business & Professions Code §§22575-22579) which require operators of websites to disclose how they respond to “do not track” (DNT) signals from browsers used by consumers or other mechanisms that provide consumers a choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information about the consumer’s online activities over time and across different websites or online services. While some newer browsers have incorporated “Do Not Track” features which, when turned on, send a signal or preference to the websites you visit indicating that you do not wish your online activity to be tracked, a DNT protocol that can be implemented across multiple devices and sites has not yet been widely adopted. Concept Art House’s computer system does not support, and cannot act on DNT signal headers that we may receive; accordingly, the choices that we provide you concerning our collection and use of personally identifiable information will continue to operate as described in this policy.
Additional Disclosures for California and other states
You may contact us directly at any time about exercising your data protection rights. We will consider your request in accordance with applicable laws.
Certain state laws require that we detail the categories of personal data that we disclose for certain "business purposes," such as to service providers that assist us with securing our services or marketing our products.
We disclose the following categories of personal data for our business purposes, as further described in Section 4. Data Sharing and Disclosure:
Personal information under California Civil Code section 1798.80;
Internet activity and electronic information; and
Inferences drawn from any of the above information categories.
Sensitive Categories of personal data:
Geolocation data; and,
Contents of communications.
Several jurisdictions grant state residents certain rights, including the right to access specific types of personal data, the right to learn how we process personal data, the right to know whether and how we disclose or sell personal data, the right to opt out of any sale of personal data, the right to request deletion of personal data in certain circumstances, and the right not to be denied goods or services for exercising these rights.
Third Party Information
California law further permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes.
Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Concept Art House does not sell or rent out personal information for monetary consideration.
If you are an authorized agent wishing to exercise rights on behalf of a state resident, please contact us using the information in the Contact section and provide us with a copy of the consumer's written authorization designating you as their agent. Concept Art House may need to verify your identity and place of residence before completing your rights request.
California AG Contact Information
If you believe Concept Art House has violated the CCPA/CPRA, file a complaint with the California AG. Explain exactly how Concept Art House violated the CCPA/CPRA, including when and how the violation occurred. The AG doesn’t provide legal advice or direct assistance to individuals, but your complaint could be used to learn about misconduct and to determine what action, if any, may be appropriate.
10. The EU General Data Protection Regulation
In conjunction with the above information provided, Concept Art House also complies with the requirements set forth in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and sets out the basis on which any personal data Concept Art House collects from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed.
Concept Art House complies with the principles of GDPR. The six overall guiding principles are:

Your privacy and security is of the utmost importance to Concept Art House and we will always follow these principles and ask you how you would like us (or our partners) to communicate with you.
Data Controller and Data Processor
When you provide personal information to Concept Art House, we become the data controller of such data.
If another company is the data controller, this will be made clear when you provide your personal information.
We may work with third parties to provide specific services on our behalf. Those service providers that are permitted to obtain personal information from you and provided by you act as a data processor of your information.
Concept Art House has a lawful basis for processing your personal data under the provisions of GDPR. These provisions allow for processing your personal data based on your consent and/or that your data is necessary for the interaction with Concept Art House (i.e. providing contact information to reach out to Concept Art House or receive newsletters).
Rights under the GDPR

You have the right to ask Concept Art House not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will ask you to opt in (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You have the right to opt out of receiving communications from Concept Art House and you have the right to request your personal data be deleted at any time, please see section8 and section 9 above for additional information.
Information Requests under the GDPR
Under the GDPR, individuals have the right to confirm if their data is being processed and the right to access their personal data and other supplementary information. Individuals must be able to verify their identity through reasonable means. There is no charge for this information under the regulation but a fee can be charged if the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive, or if at the extreme of these reasons, this request can be refused. This fee is based on the administrative cost of providing the information. Concept Art House has to provide this information within 30 days, but where information is complex or numerous this period can be extended by a further 60 days by informing you of this within the initial 30 days. If a request is refused for reasons above, an explanation must be given and you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority.
Rectification and Erasure
You have a right to have any inaccurate or incomplete data rectified. Similar to the access requests the Company will respond within 30 days and this can be extended by an extra 60 days in complex cases. This can also be refused but a reason must be given and you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority in such cases. You also have the right to be forgotten, however this request can be refused where data is required to continue use with Concept Art House, comply with legal obligations, or for the defense or exercise of legal claims.
Concept Art House will inform third parties to who your personal data has been disclosed of this erasure.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose your personal information to any member of our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties:
In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
If the Company or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
Concept Art House will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy or as needed to provide the services to you. Concept Art House will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and as otherwise described in this policy.
12. Changes to the Policy
Concept Art House reserves the right to change this Policy at any time. This Policy and privacy requirements will be reviewed and updated at least annually. If we decide to change this Policy, we will post those changes on this page and update the date at the top of the page. The changes will be effective when posted. Please check this page on a regular basis so that you remain aware of what information we collect and how we use it.
